From Sept. 14-17, 2025, the Polytechnic University of Turin will host ArtIStE 2025 - the first international conference dedicated to Artificial Intelligence applied to structural engineering- at the Valentino Castle.
The conference is an international benchmark for theintegration of artificial intelligence in structural engineering, promoted by the ArtIStE research group of the Polytechnic University of Turin.
The event will feature experts, researchers and practitioners engaged in the digital transformation of the industry, highlighting how AI offers automated solutions and generates usable information in this field. By harnessing large-scale datasets and advanced computing power, it is possible to detect anomalies, predict structural failures and optimize design decisions, resulting in projects that are not
only safer, but also more resilient and cost-effective.
Metal.Ri's presence as a sponsor of the event reaffirms its commitment to innovation and synergy between industry and research, contributing concretely to the technological advancement of engineering. The sponsorship of ArtIStE 2025 is also a valuable opportunity for the company to take a closer look at the new frontiers of artificial intelligence applied to structural engineering and to strengthen its dialogue with the international scientific community.
In addition to its role as a sponsor, Metal.Ri will contribute to the technical content of the conference with a lecture presented byengineer Alberto de Gennaro, entitled "Structural and Software Innovation in hybrid MTR® systems" (scheduled for Tuesday, 16 at 11:30 a.m. - Zodiac Room). A talk that will highlight the structural and digital innovations developed by the company, combining industrial experience with ongoing research perspectives.
