Structures intended for garages require large, clutter-free spaces to facilitate vehicle movement and maneuvering. Thanks to MTR® System beams (MTR® A, MTR® T and MTR® C), parking lots can be built with less bulky pillars and beams integrated into the thickness of the floor slab, increasing the usability of the spaces. An additional advantage is R 60/90/120/180 fire resistance, an essential requirement for the safety of multi-story parking lots.

Overhangs and Balconies:
Prefabricated beams are an optimal solution for structural overhangs, including large ones, in residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
Depending on specific requirements, all types of MTR® beams can be used or provide a mixed solution of MTR® A - MTR® T beam.
These prefabricated elements enable the construction of overhangs and balconies, ensuring safety, construction efficiency and geometric precision. Sections and geometries are customizable according to loads and spans, allowing even large overhangs to be safely addressed.
