Metal.Ri works to support sustainability in construction by using green systems and solutions with which it succeeds in limiting the damage and threats posed by this sector, which is recognized as one of those with the greatest environmental impact, demonstrating careful consideration toward ecological transition.
MTR® System has obtained the ReMade in Italy environmental certification, which attests to the recycled material content (up to 92 percent) and sustainability of this building construction solution.
Environmental certifications and GPP (green public procurement)

ReMade in Italy is the accredited certification of the verification of recycled and by-product content in a material or product, including multi-material. It is a traceability scheme, compliant with the Procurement Code and CAM (Minimum Environmental Criteria).
Minimum Environmental Criteria (CAM) are the environmental requirements defined for the various stages of the purchasing process, aimed at identifying the best design solution, product or service from an environmental point of view along the life cycle, taking into account market availability, which must be compulsorily applied by public administrations.
ReMade in Italy® is expressly recognized in the CAM issued by the Ministry of Ecological Transition as a certification scheme (recognized by ACCREDIA) for verifying the content of recycled material and by-products in a material, semi-finished or finished product, from any sector, even if it is composed of different types of material.
The remade in Italy® certification scheme
ReMade in Italy® environmental product certification, allows a company to declare the content of recycled material or by-products within a material, semi-finished or finished product, of any type and belonging to any supply chain.
The certification scheme requires the Company to prepare a plan for traceability of materials and flows within the production process, continuous monitoring of suppliers, and classification of incoming materials. The audit, carried out by the Certification Body, involves not only analysis of relevant documentation but also visits to the company, materials, products and the production process.
For these reasons, ReMade in Italy® certified products express the manufacturer's utmost care in handling materials that are derived from waste or by-products.
ReMade in Italy® certification is independent and accredited: the certification bodies, accredited, that issue it are independent entities with respect to the Association, owner of the standards. All to ensure the highest level of third-party status and objectivity.
