Metal.Ri's roots go back to the early will of Francesco Rizzi who, in the 1960s, began blacksmithing in a small metal workshop.
To the ingenuity and experience inherited from their father, brothers Andrea and Vito Rizzi have combined intuition, innovation and investment in new technologies, which have enabled them to become a cutting-edge reality in the field of prefabrication and building industrialization.
1967
Francesco Rizzi starts a blacksmithing business in Bitetto in a small metal workshop.
1988
Metal.Ri was born, the brainchild of brothers Andrea and Vito Rizzi.
1994
Metal.Ri produces the first mixed lattice girders.
1995
Started design activities with an in-house technical team.
2014
Metal.Ri obtains the Patent granted by EPO (European Patent MTR® System).
2015
Birth of the software house INFO.MTR S.r.l.
2016
First earthquake-resistant test of the MTR® System, conducted by the Unibas testing laboratory.
2020
Birth of Italtravi S.r.l. and opened IBS S.r.l. branch in Romania.
2022
MTR® System becomes MTR® System in the 'Optics of Corporate Internationalization.
