Conference "Applied structural design research of evolved steel-concrete mixed-section construction solutions in building prefabrication"
The entry into force of the Technical Standards for Construction marked a radical change in the practice of design activity. The prefabricated solution has become a construction technology that more effectively pursues the objectives required by the regulatory change: construction activities are transferred from the construction site to the factory, where construction processes are standardized, automated, controlled and certified. An important sign, of how this trend is gaining momentum in the design world, is the shift implemented by the manufacturers of structural calculation software, intended to meet the demands coming from the audience of engineering firms.
In this rapidly evolving context, Metal.Ri from the very beginning has been working by actively participating in the initiation of this change and playing a pioneering role in establishing partnerships with structural calculation software producers, creating the first operational plugins together with the INFO.MTR software company.
Thanks to the use of MTR® software applications, it is possible to design structures with MTR® prefabricated beam technology within the most popular calculation software(SAP2000, PRO_SAP, CDS Win, Etabs, AxisVM, SISMICAD)
